Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Typically, it takes about 2-5 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, we will deliver in 4-7 business days.

How do I create an account?

Please register through My Account. You can also place an order directly as a visitor, but a registered account lets you follow order details and historical order records.

How do I change my shipping address?

If you have not placed an order yet, you can modify it through My Account. If you have already placed an order and it has not been more than 72 hours, please modify it through online customer service or official email: [email protected].

How do I track the status of my order?

After your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number. Tracking through the official carrier website is more accurate. FedEx: fedex.com. DHL: dhl.com.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we currently ship to the United States, Canada, and over 35 other countries worldwide. To confirm if we deliver to your country, select your destination during checkout or contact customer service.

Will my items come in one package?

Depending on product availability and fulfillment locations, your order items may be shipped in multiple packages. Some products are handmade or customized and may require different processing times.

Payment and tax

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

MENSSKULL uses trusted third-party payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal to process transactions securely. We do not store your complete credit card details on our own servers. Payment information is handled through encrypted connections and tokenized by these providers for your safety.

Do you charge sales tax?

Product prices on our website are generally shown exclusive of tax. Any applicable sales tax or VAT will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

MENSSKULL offers a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order. We provide full coverage for incorrect items, damaged products, quality defects, or sizing errors caused by us. Customized, used, or returned-after-30-day items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Contact customer service for approval before sending items back.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once verified, we’ll cover return shipping costs and send the correct product or issue a full refund.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Take photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, then email them to [email protected] within 30 days. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs for approved cases.

Where should I mail my authorized return?

Do not return items without prior authorization. Once approved, customer service will email the official return address and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Order changes

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact [email protected] immediately with the correct address and order number. Once shipped, we cannot change the address. You may need to contact the courier directly or wait for the package to return to us.

Can I change or cancel an order after I submit it?

Standard items may be changed or canceled if they have not entered production or shipping. Customized or personalized items cannot be canceled after 24 hours because production will already have begun. Contact us as soon as possible.

Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?

At this time, we do not offer a formal pre-order system. You may contact us to ask about restock dates or join our mailing list for restock and new collection updates.
