Orders and Shipping

Typically, it takes about 2-5 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, We will deliver in 4-7 business days.

Please register through my account. You can also place an order directly as a visitor, but if you register an account, you can follow your order details and historical order records.

If you have not placed an order yet, you can modify it in the address bar through My Account. If you have already placed an order and it has not been more than 72 hours, please modify it through online customer service or official email: [email protected].

After your order is shipped, we’ll provide a tracking number. The tracking number will include the shipping company’s tracking website. For example, FedEx: https://www.fedex.com/en-us/home.html & DHL: https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home.html Tracking through the official website is more accurate.

MENSSKULL uses trusted third-party payment gateways such as Stripe and PayPal to process all transactions securely. We do not store your complete credit card details on our own servers. Payment information is handled through encrypted connections and tokenized by these providers for your safety.

Product prices on our website are generally shown exclusive of tax. Any applicable sales tax or VAT will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and local regulations.

Yes, we currently ship to the United States, Canada, and over 35 other countries worldwide. To confirm if we deliver to your country, simply select your destination during checkout or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Depending on product availability and fulfillment locations, your order items may be shipped in multiple packages. Some products are handmade or customized, which may require different processing times. We’ll always do our best to combine shipments whenever possible.

Returns and Exchanges

MENSSKULL offers a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date you receive your order.
We provide Full Coverage for the following issues: incorrect items, damaged products, quality defects, or sizing errors caused by us.
Items that are customized, used, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To start a return, please contact our customer service team for approval before sending any items back.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item received. Once verified, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and send you the correct product or issue a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label, and email them to [email protected] within 30 days. After review, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all return shipping costs for approved cases.

Do not return any items without prior authorization.
Once your return request is approved, our customer service team will email you the official return address and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Our support hours are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Please include your order number and a detailed message for faster assistance.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact [email protected] immediately with the correct address and your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address. You may need to contact the courier directly to request an update or wait for the package to return to us.

  • Standard items: You may request a cancellation or change if your order hasn’t entered the production or shipping process.

  • Customized or personalized items: Orders that include engraving or custom designs cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as production will already have begun.
    Please contact us as soon as possible for any modification or cancellation requests.

At this time, we do not offer a formal pre-order system. However, you may contact us to inquire about restock dates or join our mailing list to receive restock and new collection updates.
