The bone safety pin brooch turns two long skeletal forms into an oversized functional-looking pin. Rounded joint details mark the upper bend and lower shaft, while a hooked end closes around the straight needle.

Use, remove and store the long pin carefully

Open the hooked end without forcing the joint-like details, guide the needle through the fabric weave, and close it fully beneath the hook. Do not use the pin where movement could pull a 75 mm metal piece across thin fabric. Remove it before washing the garment.
