Review the side image as well as the front because the hood adds height and side projection beyond the recessed face. The published axes are not separately defined.

A correctly selected size should pass the knuckle and reduce unwanted rotation without pinching. Do not size only from another narrow band.

Keep the hood folds dark and distinct

Put the ring on after dressing and remove it for gloves, lifting or machinery because the upper cowl can catch loose fibers or strike hard surfaces.

Brush into the cowl folds and around the teeth, then dry fully. Use minimal pressure on raised edges so the darkened depth remains visible.
